Kelly Corrigan talks here about friendship, and how it is the silver lining of life. Yep, I had a tear in my eye the first time I watched it. How about you?

I’ve just finished listening to Lift by her on AudioBook, which was a very touching despite being a very personal letter to her two children. I’ve added The Middle Place to my reading list for the book a week challenge.

Oh, speaking of the book a week challenge. I am on to Oryx and Crake by Margaret Atwood. Ooh, it’s a spooky book and it’s sucking me in to the pages. Like a train wreck, I can’t look away.

  1. Hey Tori,
On vacation right now, but had to post a little bit on your blog about friendship. Can totally relate to Kelly Corrigan she hits home about some friendships. As you know Amandine, and I have a great one and it will last a life time. We have already seen each other through so much in life both good and bad. We will always be there for one another. I always call her my blonde sister, I her dark haired one, so there you are. Here´s to our one of a kind friendships we wouldn´t be the same without them, and my best friend Amandine I couldn´t live without her.

  2. You’re right, your little blonde sister is what good friends are made of. Your friendship, so close despite such distance, is an inspiration to me.
Enjoy the rest of your vacation, I can’t wait to hear how it went 😀
